Did you know that all of our bread products are made from scratch here at Livingston Manor Central School District? We use 100% USDA Organic Flour from Trumansburg (near Ithaca). Our bread only has seven ingredients in it and is made fresh multiple times a week. And the bread doesn't go to waste. Scraps are used for making the breadcrumbs used in items such as meatballs, and are dried out to be used as croutons on our salad bar. #FarmToSchoolFriday
